init: 初始化项目

- 创建了基本的项目结构与目录
- 添加并完善了.gitignore 配置
- 配置了基于 Volta 的开发环境 (Node 24.12.0, npm 11.6.2)
- 集成了 Appium 3.x 本地化环境及 APPIUM_HOME 隔离方案
- 添加了服务管理脚本 run_appium.py
