fix(frontend): 补齐全局按钮 reset，修复 Select 选项灰底

组件库的 Select / Segmented / Tabs / Menu 都把按钮底色交给宿主 reset；之前 index.css 只设了 cursor，Chrome 默认的 ButtonFace 灰底和按钮边框就露了出来，下拉面板看起来像一块块灰条。
